What happens during the home survey?
We inspect your home inside and out, measure key rooms, check insulation where accessible, review radiators, pipework and electrics, and confirm the best location for the outdoor unit so we can finalise the design.
Will my installation be MCS registered?
Yes. We're MCS registered, so every Installio heat pump installation is completed through the MCS process and registered as part of the job.
What does full installation include?
We manage the full job from start to finish, including installation, commissioning, and getting everything set up so your heating and hot water are running as they should.
What is the Warm Homes Guarantee?

Do you help with the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant?
